How Should I Feel After A Workout?

How should I truly feel after a workout? Is it just the euphoric rush of endorphins flooding my senses, or is there more beneath the surface? After exerting myself physically, am I meant to experience a tantalizing blend of fatigue and exhilaration, perhaps a lingering sense of accomplishment? Should my body ache, signaling the exertion of dormant muscles, or is that discomfort a harbinger of overexertion? Moreover, what about the emotional and psychological facets of post-exercise sensations? Is the clarity of mind and slight boost in confidence a universal experience? As I contemplate the myriad of responses my body might conjure, I can’t help but wonder: Are these feelings uniform across different types of workouts, or do they vary significantly based on intensity, duration, and even the individual’s unique fitness journey? What insights can I glean from the myriad sensations that accompany my return to tranquility after a rigorous routine?
